The first course: smoked salmon with apple (15min)
Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 225 gr smoked salmon
- 1,5 apple of your choice
- A small jar cheese nature
- chive
- Pepper
The preparation:
1) Choose a sweet apple or a sour apple.
2) Cut the apple of your choice into small cubes.
3) Mix the Apple cubes with the cheese, pepper, and
chopped chives.
4) Do in six little glasses a layer of the apple cubes with cheese.
5) Cut the smoked salmon into strips and divide them in the
glasses on top of the apple cubes with the cheese.
6) For several hours, put the glasses in the refrigerator so that
the flavours can mix with each other.
7) Just before serving, add a couple cubes of apple and a little bit of chives.
