JUAN FELIPE is a dessert that consist of a cake with biscuits and custard. (You can add chocolate, I recommend it).
It's a recipe that has been passed from generation to generation in my family, my grandmother does it very well... but my mother does it better!
We usually eat it in summer because it’s a cold dessert and you can eat it for breakfast, in the evening or anytime.
I love sweeties, so my mother adds them in this dessert. Moreover, I eat it in my birthday because my mother knows I really like it and she makes me happy.

BREAD ROLLS
Bread rolls are sweets very famous in Spain, adove all in Andalucia.
Their ingredients are: scratch of lemon, a glass of natural orange juice, sugar (to wrap), a glass of milk, three eggs, sunflower and olive oil, leavening and flour.
They are very easy to cook. We put all the ingredients in a bowl except the flour and when all is well mixed we add it to create a mass that we can make forms. Finaly, they are fried in a frying pan with sunflower oil slow coocked.
They are made especially in Holy Week but people can eat them during all the year. For example, in my family, we prepare them before Holy Week from my great-grandmother lived and we still continue to practice this tradition.
