Migas
Migas is a typical Spanish dish, especially in the south (e.g. Andalusia) and the centre of the peninsula. It is eaten above all in winter, in the rainy days.
It comes from the ancients when the shepherds took advantage of the leftover day-old bread to make some meals and get fed
It consists of moistening some bread and then sautéing it with garlic and olive oil until it gets browned. Moreover, people are likely to serve it with some chorizo and Spanish bacon, there are actually people that like to eat them with some melon, which is tasty as well
To sum up, Migas is a quick, easy and worth trying dish that you cannot miss out on if you visit Spain.
